Candidate controls and retention
Read /privacy in the bot before submitting. The documented bot retention policy is 30 days for inactive drafts and 180 days for submitted applications, with rolling backups retained for 7 days. Use /delete for deletion through the bot. Telegram messages and exported copies are separate records.
